TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All rates quoted are inclusive of all applicable government taxes and tourism development levy.
1.CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
- Check in time is after 11:00hrs and check out time is 10:00am
- Day room use is charged at 50% of the full night occupancy rate and the check-out time is 1800hours.
2.BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit that should be made 30 days of arrival date.
- Bookings made 30 days before arrival; a non-refundable fee of 50% will be required for security Masai land Safari and Lodge reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
3.CHILDREN POLICY
- Children under the age of 6yrs sharing a room with an adult are free.
- Children under the age of 12yrs sharing in their own room are 75% of the adults’ sharing charges.
- A child between 6 to 11yrs sharing with one adult will be charged $30 per night on HB.
- Booking paid and cancelled in 30 days and above will have be charged 2% cancellation penalty of the total bill.
4.CANCELLATION POLICY
- Booking paid and cancelled in 30 days and above will have not be charged cancellation penalty of the total bill.
- Booking paid and cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date will attract 5% penalty of the total bill.
- Cancellation done within 7days to arrival date will attract a 20% penalty.
- Cancellation done within 24hrs prior to arrival time, or no show will be charged 100% penalty.
- In the case of cancellation within 24 hours, or a NO SHOW, 100% of the applicable rate will be charged.
5.CREDIT FACILITIES
All applications for credit facility should be made in writing. We reserve the right to grant or decline an application.
